30 minutes of Muenster

What I never liked about the Deutsche Bahn is, that their electronic ticket system is not flexible enough for stopovers. I sometimes wouldn’t mind to have one or two hours to change trains. Usually it’s in the five to seven minute range which gives you something to do during the train ride: pray for the train’s punctuality.

On my way to Moers I had forty minutes to change trains at Muenster. So obviously I ran out of the station, looking for a map and headed straight to the old part of town (Altstadt). At that time, most shops were still closed so the picture are not exactly full of life.

It was enough time to take a few photos and get back to the train station. I wasn’t very impressed though, so I doubt that I visit Muenster again anytime soon.
